WaitsOver Privacy Policy

WaitsOver is made for shop owners. We collect only what the service needs to run, and nothing else.

What we collect

When you sign in with Apple we receive your Apple account identifier and, if you share it, your email. To run your counter we store the business name and logo you set, the customer names, phone numbers and order numbers you type in, order status timestamps, messages between you and your customers, and device push tokens (yours for owner alerts, your customers' Wallet-pass tokens for pass updates).

What we don't do

No ads, no trackers, no analytics SDKs, no selling or sharing of data with third parties. Data lives on our servers solely to operate the service and is transmitted over HTTPS.

Customers

Your customers are identified only by what you type at the counter. Their Wallet pass contains their claim code and order status. They can message you from the pass; those messages are visible to you.

Purchases

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple, which processes all payment information — we never receive card or bank details. To operate your subscription we store its status and Apple transaction identifiers. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings; refunds are handled by Apple.

Retention & deletion

Orders and messages stay until you delete them or your account. Delete your account any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account) — your business, orders, messages, and tokens are removed immediately. We retain only a minimal pseudonymous record (your Apple account identifier and trial start date) to prevent free-trial reuse. You can also email [email protected].
